With the season off and running Swindon Shock Development have enjoyed comfortable back to back wins as the look to seriously challenge for a league promotion. Shock Women have also opened their new season to a home win against Lockleaze. Led by new comer Laura Soothill and last years WEBBA MVP Nicole Cunningham, the Shock women look poised to make some noise.
Whilst the WEBBA Men’s team have yet to play a game the National League team stumbled against Plymouth Marjons then rebounded to a close victory over Team Gloucester in the National Shield.
Shock University have played two very competitive games but have yet to record a win in its first year in the League.
