The thought of playing cross town rival in the cup final will have to wait till next year as a spirited team of 6 players clawed within 4 points of an opportunity to play in the finals late in the 4th quarter of Sundays game against Mavericks. Led by MVP Kelly Jones, Rachel Cejer, Kate Cady, Becky Williams, Charlie Sunderland, and Stacie Bodin. Shock overcame a 24pt deficit and looked to have the game in control before running out of steam. It was a welled played game and as a coach I couldn’t be more proud of the effort or ladies put in.
