Sam is a point guard from Devon and in his youth played for Plymouth Cannons and Raiders. At University he represented Cardiff 1st team, and more recently has played for North Devon and various Army teams.

Aleksandar Krsteski
Aleksandar is a point guard with past experiences out of 22ft and Europe basketball academy in France. Aleksandar joins Shock with with a wealth of experience playing both pro and semi pro basketball in France for multiple season.
William Pointon
William Pointon is a National League Division guard who played in Germany growing up with ESV Ingolstadt. He has played for the RAF the last 4 years and will be making his NBL league debute for Swindon Shock after an impressive showcase during our opening session.
Janis Spruds
Janis has played for the city of Liepaja back in Latvia for 8 years. Before recieving a diploma from basketball school to be able to go pro, before was diagnosed with hodgkin’s lymphoma. Janis moved to UK when turned 20 and started playing again, previous teams – Banbury Thunder, Oxford Stealers and now Swindon Shock. Defense is my priority on the court!
Steven Desir
Steven played basketball as a junior in Milton Keynes, with the MK Lions. He later went on to play in the NCAA Mountain West Conference at Brigham Young University in UT, before returning home after a severe injury.
Since then, Steven has focused on a career in property development, and has recently decided to make a comeback to the game.
